Welcome to Allergies with Ayah a podcast all about the world of allergies.  Growing up with food allergies, being a food allergy awareness advocate, studying and researching food allergies at the University of Manchester and now working in the food hypersensitivity field where I interact with world leading food hypersensitivity researchers and experts I have developed a keen interest in understating all aspects of food allergies and food hypersensitivity! In this podcast we will dive deeper into the cutting edge research that has been conducted on  food allergies and other food hypersensitivities and cut through the confusing information we often read about on online, we will also hear stories and advice from people with lived experience.
